Donate Books

Thank you for thinking of us for your book donation! We accept new and gently used books at our Book Warehouse.

Starting Monday, June 1st, we will begin accepting No Contact Book Donations at our Book Warehouse. Please complete the form below to schedule a time to drop off your books. When you arrive at the warehouse, please call (713) 849-9330 and someone from our team will come to your car and take the books from your trunk. We will email your tax-deductible receipt to the address provided within a few business days.

All book donations will sit in a designated area for at least 48 hours before being shelved for our next book sale.

Warehouse hours are not consistent due to staffing. Please contact the Houston Public Library Foundation to see when the warehouse is open.
