The mission of the Young Professionals Group is to increase opportunities for young leaders to build relationships, expand their skills, and advance their careers while advocating and volunteering to advance the mission of the Houston Library Foundation.

Each October, the YPG will host an annual themed cocktail event in order to fundraise and increase awareness of the Houston Library Foundation. Event details are forthcoming.
In order to enrich programming and events offered at Houston libraries, the YPG will plan and host events that are open to the community at library locations. Community event dates will be updated when the libraries reopen.
